Training

Every volunteer's training,
in one register.

One course catalogue

Set up each course once with instructions, a learning link or a document.

Evidence you can trust

Require a certificate or checklist, and staff verification, course by course.

The register

Who is current, due, overdue or expired.

Every volunteer appears, even with nothing assigned, so gaps are as visible as completions.

  • Filters for what matters due soon, overdue, current, expiring, expired, in progress or waived.
  • Bulk assign one course, with an optional deadline, to many volunteers at once.
  • Reminders to the volunteer and your training managers as deadlines and renewal dates approach, at most once a week.
  • Access you control Manage, view-only or no Training access for each member of staff.
History

Renewals never overwrite the past.

Each time someone completes a course, Volunteeria keeps a new record with its own dates, provider and evidence.

  • Every completion kept so you can show what someone held on any date.
  • Evidence from either side uploaded by the volunteer in My Training or by staff, then marked verified.
  • Part of onboarding Add a course to an induction and the real completion updates the step.
  • Import and export Bring in past training from a spreadsheet, and export the register and history.
Plainly put

What it does, and doesn't.

Volunteeria records and tracks training. It does not host video courses: link each course to your existing e-learning or attach your own material. Quiz questions are available in onboarding checklists.
