Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no notice period, no questions, and no cancellation fees. Annual plans are paid upfront and remain active until the end of the billing year.
Is VAT or sales tax added?
No. Volunteeria is not currently VAT registered and does not currently add VAT, sales tax or other local taxes to subscriptions. The price shown is the price you pay. If this changes in future, we will make this clear before payment.
How do I get help if I need it?
