Reports are only as complete as what is recorded: Volunteeria totals the hours and answers that volunteers and staff log, and never estimates hours that were not recorded. To protect individuals, community figures for groups of fewer than 5 people are never shown.

Volunteers can backfill their own reports with a reason, and staff can add or correct hours. Every change keeps the original figure in the history.
