What it does, and doesn't.
Volunteeria is a volunteer database, not a fundraising CRM: it does not hold donor records or Gift Aid. Your volunteer data can be exported to Excel or CSV whenever you need it.

Yes, if you choose. Coordinators can work across all volunteers or only the volunteers assigned to them, and you set each person's access separately.
Yes. Volunteers can update their profile, availability and certificates in their portal, and every change is recorded.
You can mark them inactive, or delete them so they disappear from day-to-day lists while their record is kept for audit. Administrators can delete data permanently.
