Your agreement, signed online

Your own wording, with a signed and dated copy kept for every volunteer.

You decide who starts

Every registration waits for your review before the person can sign in.

Signing up

Four easy ways to bring people in.

Use whichever suits the moment, from a recruitment drive to adding someone who has volunteered for years.

  • A shareable sign-up link that works for as many people as you like, without needing their email addresses first.
  • Email invitations to several people at once, with your own message.
  • Added by staff for existing volunteers, who then get their own volunteer code.
  • Imported from a spreadsheet when you are moving across from another system.
Agreements and approval

A proper record of who agreed to what.

Write your volunteer agreement in Volunteeria and choose whether every new volunteer must sign it before they can be approved.

  • Signed online with the date, time and version each person agreed to.
  • Changed your wording? Anyone who signed an earlier version is asked to review and sign again. Formatting changes do not count.
  • Signature requests to one volunteer or everyone who has not signed yet, by email and in their portal.
  • Approve, onboard or decline Each person is told the outcome, and onboarding can start straight away.
Plainly put

What it does, and doesn't.

Volunteeria handles sign-up, agreements and approval. It does not advertise your opportunities on volunteering websites or job boards: share your sign-up link wherever you already recruit.
